We are a TICA & GCCF registered breeder of Mainecoon cats, our ethos is being dedicated to providing happy and healthy kittens to loving families. Based in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales not far from the historic market town of Settle we get to enjoy the wonderful countryside and fresh air with amazing views whilst enjoying our cats.
LVLovebugs has been registered with GCCF since 27th Febuary 2022 and with TICA since 29th September 2023 previously to this was registered with GCCF with my partner under Puchrafeles.
Back in early 2021 me and my best friend Charlie now solely 'Puchrafeles' imported with help from a breeder friend of ours 'Vhanatee Mainecoons' our first queen all the way from Russia this started us on our journey. In 2022 I moved to Yorkshire thus sadly meaning our partnership could not continue at opposite sides of the country so I set up on my own. Charlie had picked Pulchrafeles name so felt only right to let him continue with it. So I was left trying to find a name that suited me. Another friend at the time Jackie from 'Hairless Whiskers Sphynx' who knew me well came up with the name LVLovebugs as LV being my initials and Lovebugs cause its so very me as describes the personality of my cats and the relationship I have with them. So this stuck and started us on this new journey. I will be forever grateful to everyone who helped me start out and also to the breeders who still continue to support me.
